[postgis-devel] LWGEOM - layout

Isnt this going to cause no end of confusion?

Arent people used to just grabbing the head and getting postgis?  Now
they're going to grab the head, see "postgis*.c" files, but actually
get LWGEOM.

Shouldnt you make a LWGEOM branch?
