[postgis-devel] Tarball naming

Maybe not

At work we prefer to have 1.0.0_rcX

simplier for ebuild mecanims that allow building rpm (for all archicecture,
if U have list of  possible/disponible archicecture in order to testing, we
could provide the corresponding rpms)
