I was taking a look at WITH(iscachable) usage:
I'm afraid we overused it.

find_srid():
	changing geometry_column cache could be invalidated.

transform_geometry()
transform()
get_proj4_from_srid()
	changing spatial_ref_sys cache could be invalidated.

Since RC1 is not out yet we could put it there, but would be
cleaner to use next release, since it's not an urgent bug
(and RC1 is already tagged).

What do you think ?
