Hi strk,

Sure, I agree that it's definitely a MingW bug, and that we should continue
to use the POSIX shell. The main point is that until the bug is fixed, there
is a documented work-around in the archives for those people that need to
produce PostGIS 1.1.0 Win32 builds with MingW.
