Hi everyone,

Unfortunately these latest changes cause 3 regression failures on Win32:


loader/Polygon... failed (wkb insert: diff expected obtained:
/tmp/pgis_reg_3420/test_10_diff)
 loader/PolygonM... failed (wkb insert: diff expected obtained:
/tmp/pgis_reg_3420/test_11_diff)
 loader/PolygonZ... failed (wkb insert: diff expected obtained:
/tmp/pgis_reg_3420/test_12_diff)


Looking at the diffs, it appears to be caused by the signs of some of the
zero coordinates being reversed :( Anyone know what the best way is to
prevent this?
