[postgis-devel] Documentation update for PostGIS on postgis.refractions.net

Heya folks,

Would it please be possible for someone to regenerate the documentation
at http://postgis.refractions.net/docs/ for 1.1.6? At the moment, it
still refers to 1.1.3 and hence has no mention of the new database
templates (template_postgis) for the newer versions of the Win32
installer.
