[postgis-devel] PostGIS release

Hi folks,

I'm going to be away with work until next 22nd July at the earliest, and
so won't be able to continue any more PostGIS testing until I return. If
the release desperately has to be cut by this Friday, please can someone
run through the regression tests on MingW just before final release?
