SVN server is back up again, though I don't see any recent circular
commits.

Not sure - will check when the SVN server comes back up. Incidentally, I

think that an 8.4 final stamp in November is far too optimistic - there 
are a couple of large patches such as SEPostgreSQL and Windowing 
functions to be reviewed along with everything else. I suspect a release

at the beginning of the New Year will be more realistic.
