Yeah. It is now the job of the index API to determine whether the index
scan is lossy, rather than hard-coding it inside the opclass.

Incidentally the sed fix I committed earlier should also strip off the
non-numeric part of "pg_config --version", so with this done "make
check" should work on PG 8.4.
