[postgis-devel] Release notes for 1.3.4

Mark sorry we took unfair advantage of you being in another timezone and
continent.

I figured Paul was getting impatient and hmm the AddGeometryColumn
function thing is a critical enough function that I figured if we
changed it we should probably push out another RC.  Not that we would
screw up mind you, but call me overly cautious.

Does voting work on this list kind of like the way the Presidential
Elections work?  "There is no way McCain can win now, lets go have our
celebration party." or does one dessenting vote overrule all approving
votes?  I figure dissenters rightfully can overrule.

Please don't forget voting rights for those of us in different timezones

I was going to apply a "quick fix" for GBT#72 before adding +1 for 
release. Quick fix has been added to 1.3 branch and trunk, hoping of 
course that Kevin will come up with something better for trunk later.
