No.  We had pushed that to 1.4.1

This is beginning to sound like a 

"But, we have waited for so long why don't we put the icing on the cake and
wait for the GUI to compile under windows?"

If you are thinking that then we should probably have an RC3 and take care
of the upgrade issue I mentioned here

I'm pretty sure our upgrade script is missing the box3d_extents autocasts.
I also feel we should make the box3d_extent --> box2d CAST explicit instead
of implicit.

I believe that is the CAST that is causing me problems when I restore a 1.3
db unto  a fresh 1.4 db and I question its value since I think most of our
functions
Have casts for box3d.  That I haven't tested though.
