[postgis-devel] The Road to 1.5

Hi Folks, as you can tell, I'm really jonesing to get a 1.5 release out, but the ticket list is increasingly not mine.

I need you all to close your tickets, or defer them to next milestone, or pass them off to me with instructions.

My inventory is as follows:

#63, #231 will be implemented when we merge Nicklas' spike
#204, #110, #251 are on Mark's plate to finish for this milestone
#311 I can take on
#236 is mine

Everything else I have no idea of the status.
