 Sold, to the man with the winning smile. I find the 0.0 result more
 confusing than the null result, so I'll make both results null. Mind you
 there's all kinds of other interesting questions in dealing with empties
 that I'm sure we'll get to :)  Here's one: for st_dwithin(empty,
 geometry), should the result be NULL or FALSE?
