 Current version of [source:spike/wktraster/rt_pg/rtpostgis.sql.in.c at 5800
 rtpostgis.sql] does not create ''raster_overviews'' table.
 According to the [wiki:WKTRaster/SpecificationFinal01 specification] this
 table is an integral part of metadata.

 I'm going to update the SQL script.
