 We don't have an ST_AsEWKT for geography though the ST_AsText for
 geography behaves more like our ST_AsEWKT for geometry.

 Note our ST_AsText for geometry doesn't output Z etc, but our ST_AsText
 for geography does.  This inconsistency is driving me batty.
