 "SingleSidedBuffer" isn't really a good name for this function.
 We found a good one being "OffsetCurve" but eventually didn't handle to do
 the rename.
 (I would expect an area returned by a "SingleSidedBuffer").

 That said, it seems a bit late to rename, at least for the GEOS side of
 things :(
