[postgis-devel] PostGIS 1.4.1 Windows installer/Stack Builder

I'd love to once I get my VS environment setup to compile PgAdmin.  Though
not sure I would be capable to do so since my C and desktop programming
skills are pretty bad.

Or perhaps Mark, Paul, or Kevin can volunteer, how about it guys :)

Thanks - I've updated the stackbuilder catalog - please check that
installations/upgrades work as expected.

At the moment the only option is to update the file. It sounds like we need
a 'plugins.d' directory though, in which any .ini file will be read, so apps
can drop a file in there. Want to work up a patch for pgAdmin?
