All regression tests pass for me:

PostgreSQL 8.3.7 on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, compiled by GCC gcc 
(Debian 4.3.2-1.1) 4.3.2
  Postgis 1.5.0 - 2010-01-27 11:38:03
    GEOS: 3.2.0-CAPI-1.6.0
    PROJ: Rel. 4.6.1, 21 August 2008

However: we still need to fix the PROJ.4 grid shift file path in 
lwgeom_transform.c::SetProj4LibPath() so that the path under contrib/ 
now contains the version number. See attached proposed patch.

We also need to get Leo/Regina to verify that the Win32 installer is 
dropping copies of the PROJ.4 data files in the correct place.
