[postgis-devel] Implement "make astyle" patch

Mark  It just me not knowing what I'm talking about. I think it is confusing with msys and mingw so I usually keep away from those folders and am just glad it compiles postgis and so on for me. Because of that I actually thought that it was files like .sh I was running inside the system and then just producing dll and exe files for use outside the mingw msys world. That's why I thought it was a differernt approach when I compiled the source code for linux-gnu instead of using the precompiled exe-files for windows. But now I understand a little bit more :-) ThanksNicklas
