[postgis-devel] Topology commit r5715 is wrong

Hi strk,

Please can you revert r5715? We deliberately removed the macro 
substitutions for function attributes since they've now been stable for 
many releases. The approach taken now is just to add them directly to 
the function definitions - see postgis.sql.in.c for comparison.
