 I thought about that, but I think that side parameter is so crucial, that
 it should be separated from optional join related parameters. Maybe better
 way would be include side in function name, e.g.: ST_OffsetCurveLeft(),
 ST_OffsetCurveRight() or ST_OffsetLeftCurve(), ST_OffsetRightCurve() (but
 in alphabetic order these names would separate their positions...).

 What do you think ?
