Jorge,

I have restarted apache on osgeo1 and got things back under control.  We
have having substantial performance problems on the server (osgeo1)
responsible for svn, trac, and a few other OSGeo services.  We are in the
midst of a migration to new server(s) which will hopefully resolve the
problems.  In the meantime things are somewhat creaky.
