[postgis-devel] Duplicated Trac notifications

I see three possibilities:

1) We reconfigure trac not to e-mail team members, as they will be on
the postgis-devel list anyway

2) We reconfigure trac to not e-mail the postgis-devel list, as those
who need to see it will get an e-mail directly anyway

3) We set up a new mailing list, postgis-trac or similar, and configure
trac to send messages to there instead of the postgis-devel list, so
that people who want to see trac messages can do so, and others won't
have to get duplicates.

(3) seems like an obvious winner, though it is also the most work
(setting up a new list) and I wonder if anyone will bother to subscribe
to it? It's actually pretty easy to setup a new list IIRC... if you're
on postgis-devel, and would subscribe to the "postgis-trac" list, let us
know... otherwise I would think we can just do option (2) - not sure who
has the permissions to make this config change on trac? (it is the
'smtp_always_cc' or 'smtp_always_bcc' option in the [notification]
section in trac.ini - http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracNotification )
