[postgis-devel] Windows Binaries and Installer

We have windows binaries and installers up for PostGIS 1.5.2

PostgreSQL 8.3, 8.4, and 9.0 32-bit version.

We haven't put these up on Stack Builder yet since we wanted to test on a
couple of machines before we do that.  That we hope to get to this weekend.


Setup.exes (Please tst these and let us know if you run into issues)
