 BTW - our PostGIS 2.0 documentation has for a while said that 8.4 is the
 minimum.

 I have changed the matrix to do the same:

 (It used to have a Yes? in the 8.3 column for 2.0) and have clarified the
 2 but never more than 3 rule.

 Where else do you think details like this need to go?
