[postgis-devel] Going quiet for a while

Oh, I *do* know that what I want is the performance regression tests
to be run, by anyone who will do so, sooner than later. Because once
we feel safe about that aspect I can start cleaning pretty
aggressively and moving the code base towards a releasable state (bye
bye GSERIALIZED_ON #define)
