 Is that the right revision number.  That's going backwards no?

 For your other question.  My 9.0 works with changes (I mean the dlls are
 good the make check works for postgis), but the install fails with the
 above.  files are both good though postgis and raster .dll.  See my
 attached patch to get to the point I described.
