Comment:

 With r8361 this script is pretty complete. There are still problems with
 user views making use of obsoleted functions. The only way to fix those
 would be to have a script to prepare a database prior to upgrade, making
 sure to drop dependency on deprecated function before dumping. Such step
 would also need to clean up the unknown SRID usage and constraints.

 Worth a separate ticket.
