Yes and you shouldn't wipe out user data silently without at least warning
users you are wiping out their data.

So if a type is attached to data, it shouldn't be allowed to be removed just
like I can't remove a record if it is related to other data with a foreign
key constraint and I don't have a cascade rule in place.
