 I see in doxygen that FP_CONTAINS_BOTTOM also is referenced by
 point_in_ring_rtree(). When is that used?

 In doxygen I can not follow it further than point_in_polygon_rtree, which
 doesn't seems to be referenced by any function. Or at least no c-function
 in PostGIS I guess it means?
