 What is the advantage of having four names (ST_Reskew, ST_Realign,
 ST_Rescale, ST_Resample) for what are all different variants of resample?

 Two disadvantages I see:

 - We have to maintain four different pages of documentation having a lot
 in common.
 - I'm scared that people would go directly to ST_Resample without
 seeing/using the other functions.

 robe might have an opinion on that?
