 I'm still and always on Windows. But Windows 7 now. I searched for
 libproj*.dll on my system and it doesn't exist so I guess PostGIS link
 statically with it when PostGIS raster is linking dynamically with it.
 Make sence?

 Bborie I don't recommend trying setting you up on Windows. You'll lose
 days...
