[postgis-devel] 1.5.3

Yah I'm +1.

I wanted to fix #547 (Memory leak when st_contains or other switches 
between prepared geoms and rtree indexes)... but the patch you had 
written crashes and I haven't been able to figure it out yet. So I won't 
hold up 1.5.3, it's already got some good stuff.

Also, would it make sense to have a 1.5.x milestone in trac so that we 
don't have to keep pushing things from minor release to minor release? 
It makes sense to review them but all the updating seems like more work 
than is needed. Not that I did any of that work (thanks to those who did).
