 BBorie,

 Sorry I think I'm still having problems all the noise from my 9.1 build
 that always fails because of that issue with ST_MapAlgebra got me confused
 and also I think some of the tests past because I had put in some extra
 gdal environment variables like gdal-data, proj_lib and when I thought
 things were working I took them out.

 I did see 12s in there so I suspect one of those other env variables
 helped before.  I'm haunting that down.
