[postgis-devel] Build ST_GeomFromGeoJSON

aha    con-FIGURES !

somewhere in config.ac (?), the libjson test could have something like

if test -d /usr/local/include/json ; then
    libjson_prefix=/usr/local
elif test -d /usr/include/json; then
    libjson_prefix=/usr
else
    libjson_prefix=""
fi

right now, you *must* add the --with-jsondir=/usr  to get the library
even with a stock package install.. 
things could be better!
