The null-call method ST_SRID() returns an INTEGER value representing a
unique identifier. This unique identifier is called the spatial reference
system identifier. A spatial reference system identifier that is equal to
0 (zero) is implementation-defined. A spatial reference system identifier
that is not equal to 0 (zero) is implementation-dependent.
