[postgis-devel] Do we really need to put [raster] infront ofevery raster ticket?

Well we laredy have a category raster. Maybe the message template can be
changed.

If no one really uses postgis-tickets maybe that's not necessary.

I just use rss of the reports
E.g latest comment report

And we have reports fo rjust raser already
