 Something has gone wrong with this new autogenerated system.  Before the
 change the upgrade scripts glued together the postgis and raster upgrade
 scripts.

 Now I am only seeing postgis functions in upgrade scripts.

 The scripts in question from the alpha3.
 postgis--2.0.0alpha1--2.0.0alpha3.sql and

 postgis--2.0.0alpha2--2.0.0alpha3.sql
