[postgis-devel] A "dependencies" and a "third party" category in Trac?

Could we get a "dependencies" and a "third party" category in Trac to track tickets in other projects (like GDAL or QGIS) we are interesting in or dependent on. This way we can follow them and maybe put some pressure on other teams. We have one like this in our raster list and it fall on my nerves.
