 Yes, testapi crashes, and from the stack trace it looks to crash in the
 same place as the online test. I find it hard to believe your VC
 postgresql could have anything to do with it, so perhaps you could try
 your online test with a mingw postgresql and see if it works there to
 prove me wrong.
