Comment:

 I'd love to fix this once for all.
 I do have mathml2.dtd on the system, it is here:
 /usr/share/xml/schema/w3c/mathml/dtd/mathml2.dtd
 But xsltproc keeps looking for the online version. Why ?
 Where's the xml catalog files ?
 Can we run with --nonet to _prevent_ online access to even being tried ?
