[postgis-devel] make check on wrong port

Hi,

I have a postgres compiled using port 5432.
After for some other question I need change the port from 5432 to other
number.

Now try-ing to add postgis support from postgis-svn
when I run the
make check
I notice an error because the routine try to call postgres on the 5432 port
number.

I don't know if is a bug or I miss some parameter in compiling time.
