 I have hudson pulling regression script from postgis repo now.  Do I have
 to change it's reference of

 TMPDIR to PGIS_REG_TMPDIR for 2.0 and Trunk?

 Omce this is fixed, I'll change 2.0 to point to postgis repo as well?
