 strk -- I'd really like to get rid of release credits in this file (maybe
 even get rid of this file entirely). Can we.  We already have credits in
 the documentation where people actually read it and it's also in our
 release notes and the NEWS file.

 Do we really need a 3rd place to keep track of and try to keep in synch
 with the others?  Which file are people supposed to trust?  We've got way
 too many redundant information files. for my liking.
