Comment:

 Another signature (sorry) added in r9418: postgis_libjson_version()
 The new function is then used by postgis_full_version() to report libjson
 availability (not really version as the library doesnt' expose one!!).

 NOTE: the new function is not documented (and maybe shouldn't be).

 I'll consider this closed for the time being.
