 I was trying to stress test raster by creating my suite that overlays land
 parcels onto the area of interest.  Then I ran into a stumbling block when
 trying to overlay my parcels on the aerial.

 following these directions:

 I guess this needs to be changes to [rast1.val], [rast2.val]
