 The symptom I'm having with gettext in raster2pgsql exhibits itself when
 schemas are used.  It ends up creating an insert something like

 INSERT INTO "aerials."."boston"

 which is why it seems to pass all the raster tests but fails when I use it
 in production.  Can we throw in a test that loads raster into a schema'd
 table.  I'm not sure why I'm not seeing the same issue on my regular
 ming32 unless that is reading the gettext=no setting and the ming64 isn't.
