 rt_bytea is also failing, but might be just because the system is coming
 back up after this.

 I'm not sure if this is because of changes to my environment or changes
 made.  This is what I get when compiling for PostgreSQL 9.0 Windows
 64-bit.  I'm going to recheck my 9.1 build next.

 I suspect its something different in my environment as topology is failing
 so horribly (topology: 20 out of 44 failed) I'm not going to bother
 ticketing it.
