[postgis-devel] legacy.sql, legacy_compatibility_layer.sql

I took a look at the manual and it only mention "legacy.sql"
and "uninstall_legacy.sql" so I'm guessing the
"legacy_compatibility_layer.sql" shouldn't really be installed.

Any red light ?
