 I was trying to load a long thin raster using raster2pgsql. When I set the
 tile width to the width of the raster, changing only the height, only one
 tile was loaded; the rest of the raster was missing. If the tile size was
 smaller or bigger than the raster size, the entirer raster was loaded
 correctly.
